REN is skincare as it should be. Using the latest hi-tech bioactives, the line is free from skin-unfriendly synthetic ingredients and preservatives, and is gorgeously pleasurable to use. Gift Certificates
Certificates are available for any denomination, and can be redeemed for services or packages. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and/or shared and gratuity is not included.

Oh Yeah, the Rules
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. A credit card (we accepted all credit card payments) is requested at time of scheduling to guarantee appointment. If you must cancel, call at least 24 hours in advance so that your credit card will not be charged. Full price will apply to late cancellations. Then again, why would you cancel this well deserved experience?

Arrival
Please check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment; we require that all new clients fill out massage and/or skin care history information and treatment consent forms.

Late Arrivals
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of your treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you. If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled treatment, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged for 100% of your service fee.

CancellationsYour scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 100% of the treatment. All services re-scheduled or cancelled on the same day of appointment or missed without notice will be charged 100% of treatment scheduled.

We offer each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. Please turn off your cellular phones and speak quietly while in the treatment areas.

Feeling good? Let your therapist know, a 20% gratuity is suggested. Services and prices are subject to change.
